The challenge 

The client was a relatively new business focusing on the affordable housing market, having been spun out of a national contractor, and winning work by tendering was critical to its success. Leonie Thomas Bid Writing’s brief for this piece of work was two-fold – to win more work through bidding and to develop a dynamic bid library with marketing collateral, including project case studies and CVs. 

The solution

Working over three months, I established a standard information library based on the PAS91 question set, wrote case studies for past and current projects, and created a library of CVs for key members of the team. I also led the development of bid responses over ten strategically critical submissions, obtaining a 100% success record for this client on affordable housing development and framework submissions.
